After experiencing a lot and feeling really worried, I consulted Archana Ma'am.Exam anxiety troubled me, which resulted in a life filled with stress and mild despair.Ma'am was extremely warm and understanding.She gave me the right direction and assisted me in dealing with it.Honestly,We all are skeptical about psychological counseling, but trust me when I say that the relaxation I experienced following the sessions encouraged me to live a pleasant life. I have since finished multiple examinations, and I am grateful to Ma'am for helping me to write them without hesitation.Furthermore, my anxiety management has improved. Before going for Consulation, we are not yet all comfortable with the issue with which we are suffering from so many years..we went to VIdayranya ccounselling centre to meet Archana madam .Madam was so friendly and we all felt her as one of my family member because of her friendliness with us and explained our issue which is causing disturbance from so many years . She understood our issue and given guidance how to over come from the issue and which precautions has to be taken care in our daily day to day activities in between family members..Really we all very much happy for the guidance and within 15 days we have noticed the difference after getting counselling by Archana madam..we all very much thank full and we all are happy now..From my side one small suggestion to those who are suffering with disturbances in our family life like depression and anxiety to get it cleared at the earliest by getting counselling to enjoy our life with the most happiest and sweet memories..I strongly recommending Archana madam and once again my heartfelt thanks to madam.

When I reached out to Archana, I was in a desperate need for help. I had many unresolved issues which was hampering my personal growth both personally and professionally. I used to have horrible nightmares and was unable to sleep in dark. I was clearly depressed. In had no idea how to move ahead in life and anything that I did seemed to fall back on me. Archana is a counsellor who listens to you without prejudice and helps you find answers to your own problems. She provide you very effective tools to do so. She uses a mix of various psychological tools to overcome your problems. Within only 3 to 4 sessions I started making progress personally. By the end of prescribed 10 sessions I also started taking hold of my professional development. I am now able to think straight.

Her one of the session took by her assistant.I got shocked but I couldn't do anything as she made me to pay earlier collectively

I’ve thought a lot before going to Ma’am. Despite being open-minded I was always skeptical about visiting someone for help especially a Counsellor or a psychologist. But I’ve finally decided to give it a go and I’m very much satisfied with the therapy. I was emotionally Very unstable and I had problems dealing with Past, talking with people and also about not being clear about anything. The sessions were very personalized. They depended on my response and pace at which the therapy was affecting me. I’ve gone through Regression and Relaxation therapy. I came with the thought of just getting treated and be happy (I’ve suffered from lil bit of depression). I realized so many changes after being to the sessions. Talking with her and being able to finally feel happy after being so sad and emotionally unstable was amazing. I strongly recommend her especially even you’re a locked up or reserved person I’m sure you will be able to find yourself with her help. Thank you ma’am for helping me a lot. I’ll always be indebted.

Doctor was soo friendly, she made us comfortable, when we explained our problems she immediately came to know what we r going through, and with her intelligence and with her communication skills, and with her freindlyness nature she immediately solved our problems, she has done miracles, she is really great

Archana mam is so friendly.She could easily understand my problems.Even she predicted about my character.Her behaviour and attitude towards us is excellent.She has built up confidence in me.She made me strong.Now my fear of examination is nil.Thank you mam for guiding me to a right way.
